Goods lift maintenance Melbourne

Service enquiries for a working business

A goods lift may form part of stock movement, deliveries or the daily operation of a building. Explain when the equipment is normally used and what access can be arranged for a visit. Planned servicing and a current breakdown are different enquiries, so identify which is required.

Identify the equipment accurately

Share the lift make, model and any available maintenance records. Include the number of stops and a description of the issue if a repair is needed. Goods lifts, dumbwaiters and vehicle lifting equipment are different categories; confirm the equipment with the team before arranging a service.

Maintenance agreements and repairs

Upright Lifts lists goods lifts among its serviced equipment and offers ongoing maintenance agreements, once-off services and repairs. Discuss the scope for your installation, including how faults, additional work and access arrangements will be handled.

Do you offer once-off goods lift services?

Upright Lifts offers once-off services as well as ongoing agreements. Confirm suitability for your goods lift with the team.

Is a goods lift the same as a forklift?

No. This page concerns installed goods lifts in buildings. It does not advertise forklift or vehicle hoist servicing.
