Home lift servicing Melbourne

Servicing an existing home lift

Start with the lift make and model, approximate installation date and any service records. If you are unsure what is fitted, share the information you already have rather than accessing restricted parts of the installation. Upright Lifts can discuss whether the equipment is suitable for the service you need.

When the original installer is no longer your contact

A homeowner may need a service provider after a change in ownership, a lapse in servicing or difficulty contacting the original installer. Explain the equipment history and what assistance you need. Support for a particular model and access to any required parts should be confirmed with the team.

Home lifts and apartment lifts

A private home lift and a shared apartment lift have different owners and arrangements for access. For shared equipment, involve the building manager or owners corporation contact who can authorise the visit. Upright Lifts also provides maintenance enquiries for apartment complexes.

Can I book a once-off residential lift service?

Yes. Once-off servicing is among Upright Lifts’ advertised services. Contact the team with your equipment details to arrange the scope and timing.

Does this page cover buying a new home lift?

This service is for maintaining and repairing existing lifts. Ask the team about the equipment already installed in your home.
