Questions to ask when comparing maintenance agreements

Ask about scheduled visits, records after a visit, breakdown contact arrangements, parts and labour exclusions, and how additional repairs are quoted. Confirm who can authorise work on behalf of the owners and how the provider should communicate with that person.

Routine servicing and separate repair enquiries
